1. Breathe
Pay attention and give
awareness to your breath.

2. Walk
Make it a daily habit to go for a 10-minute walk, with awareness, and be sure to tune in for valuable tips on maintaining focus and walking without distractions.

3. Walk on an Incline
Walk, but on an incline. More than just walking, it is a little challenge to push your body.

4. Dance
Move your body, movement is an expression of emotion by your brain.Dance is whole body motion.

5. Swim
Get into the water and move.

6. Low Back Core Exercise.
Everybody knows about abs for the core, but how about the low back?

7. Meditate
Integrate your mind, go within.

8. Set Some Goals
Your brain is designed to execute a plan, an objective, a goal. Start simple. Build momentum.

9. Travel
Travel is about perspective. Travel is internal and external. Broaden your experience and broaden your reality.

10. Learn Quality Questions to ask your healthcare provider.
This is about educating and edifying yourself. Learn great questions, high quality questions, and ask them. Doctor comes from the Latin for ‘To teach”.

11. Turn Off Your TV
Includes streaming. Do it for 90 days and then come back to it.

12. Turn Off Your Phone
Give your phone a break from you and you a break from your phone.

13. Learn About Money
Stress about money is one of the biggest stresses people have in life.

14. Sit in Nature & Observe It
Go see the perfection of the Universe at work around you. Breathe, meditate, and observe.

15. Go Star-Gazing
Look into infinity. See the wonder that humans have had for the starry sky for millennia.

16. Balance Nutrition &
Maintaining Exercise.

This is about Consistency, Building Endurance, and Paying Attention to Your Body. One of the biggest tips for the ageing process.

17. Learn Something You Love
Focus on things that inspire you, that you love to do, because that will build brain health and body health.

18. Re-Evaluate Your Beliefs
Look at your core belief systems and question them, and evaluate them, and see where they come from.

19. Take Care of Your Spine. Understand the purpose of your spine, how it works, and what you can do, on your own, to take care of it.

20. Make Love.
This is about Connection and Communication and Intimacy. Not just physical, but mental, emotional and spiritual.

21. Stay Away From The News.
Avoid immediate gratifying news, gossip, poison for your mind. Look for news that’s had a day or more to get some objective perspective before diving in.

22. Go People-Watching
This is about Perspective, Objective, Observation, and the Law of Reflection. It’s also introspection.

23. Unload Your Mind Before
Going to Sleep
Get better sleep.

24. Yoga
Basic, simple motion combined with breathing. That’s the easyness of Yoga.

25. Get in Touch With Mother Earth 
Get your hands dirty. Walk barefoot on the grass (but watch where you step!)

26. Get Some Sunlight
Get In The Sunlight 5-10
minutes per Day

27. Do Eye Exercises
Take care of your eyes, both the parts that move them, and the parts that let us focus and see clearly!

28. Just Say NO To Internet Arguments
Like staying away from the news, avoid useless arguments that will make you emotional.

29. Really Reduce Your Sugar Intake
Read those labels and look for ways to reduce added sugar in your daily diet. Make it a consistent practice.

30. Be A Creator
Go and do some project that you would love to do. If you can, maybe figure out how to turn it into a paid opportunity!

31. Curate & Cultivate Intrinsic Self-Worth
Our internal, intrinsic self-worth is a determining factor in our Authentic Expression. Work on yours, and get present with your authentic self.

32. Stop Comparing Yourself To Others
Comparing your success against someone else’s life and standard is typically a recipe for feeling failure and depression. It is wiser to measure against your own authentic standar

33. Read Something Printed Everyday, Not On A Screen
It is wise to give your eyes a break from screens and use them in reading from print material. It works on your brain differently.

34. Practice Gratitude
Gratitude has the power to balance our perceptions of the day. Be grateful as it is.

35. Write Your Vision & Mission
This is about purpose, and a guiding force for your brain to keep your body healthy as we age and allows us to increase longevity. Especially at a time like 40.

36. Delegate Things That Are Uninspiring
Find others to assist you, take some of the burden, so you can focus on your vision and life.

37. Play Games
Let the kid inside you out and play some games. Don’t be too serious and don’t be too adult.

38. Laugh Spontaneously
Genuine laughter, deep from the belly laughter. Laugh and let yourself relax away tension and let your authentic self out.

39. Change Some Routine
Make some change in your regular routine. Something small. Something that seems insignificant, but will have ripples on your whole day.

40. Swallow Your Pride
Step down off your high horse, get off the pedestal, and balance yourself. Create some internal balance for health and longevity.
